Conference site and accommodation
The conference will take place in Keble College, Oxford, England located about 56 miles north-west of London. Rooms have been reserved in the College and it is hoped that all participants will be lodged on site.
The College ONLY offers single rooms. Participants who are accompanied by partners and require double rooms should seek assistance on accommodation in local hotels through the web site:

Costs of accommodation in Keble College
Ensuite per night 96 UK Sterling Pounds:
Includes accommodation in single ensuite bedroom (with telephone, tea and coffee making facilities), full English breakfast, lunch (main course, fruit and cheese and coffee) three course dinner plus coffee, morning coffee and afternoon tea.
Standard per night 83 UK Sterling Pounds:
Includes all the above except room has wash basin and shaving point rather than full ensuite facilities.
Travel
London has two international airports, Heathrow and Gatwick. Luton and Stanstead airports may also be used. Heathrow airport has the easiest access to/from Oxford, because of the regular direct bus service.

Poster Sessions
A poster session will be held on the afternoons of 27, 28 & 29 March. Boards will be 48" x 36". The book of abstracts will be distributed at registration. A one-page abstract (in triplicate) in the camera-ready format must reach the Local Secretary by 28 JANUARY 2000.
